The Government Information Center (GIC) is in the process of updating and verifying the directory of designated contact officers across all government organizations. To support this initiative, we kindly request your institution to provide the details of two appointed officer/s who will serve as the primary and secondary contact points for information coordination with the GIC.
Please ensure that all information submitted is accurate, valid, and up-to-date, as this data will be used for official communication and future coordination.
You are also required to upload an official authorization letter signed by the Head of your Institution confirming the appointment of the nominated officers.
Finally you should download the Authorised Information Organization and Services sample excel file and fill the organization information according to the template provided.
